The price we quote is the full price for the service. We don't add booking fees, trip fees, or service fees afterward. Sales tax is applied only where required by law, and any optional add-on you choose is priced and shown before you approve it.

FAQ
A Standard Clean covers kitchens and bathrooms, dusting of reachable surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped, trash removed, and beds straightened. The full list for each service is shown in the Pricing section.
A Standard Clean maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A Deep Clean adds detail work—baseboards, trim, door frames, buildup in kitchens and bathrooms—and takes longer. Most homes start with a Deep Clean, then move to Standard or Recurring.
From what you tell us about your home: service type, square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, number of floors, and current condition. We review the details and send a quote before anything is confirmed.
No. Many customers are at work. Tell us how you'd like us to enter and we'll follow your instructions.
Every Hauswork Specialist arrives with the professional supplies and equipment needed to complete your service. We use products selected for specific surfaces and materials to help protect your home's finishes, furnishings, and belongings. Have a product you prefer us to use? Just leave it out and let your Hauswork Specialist know where and how you'd like it used.
Pets are welcome to stay. Tell us in your quote what pets you have and anything we should know, and we'll plan around them.
Yes. Choose Recurring Clean and pick weekly, every 2 weeks, or every 4 weeks. You can adjust or pause your schedule.
We're always happy to reschedule at any time, including with less than 24 hours' notice, at no charge. If you need to cancel outright, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. If our team arrives for a scheduled appointment and cannot access your home with no prior notice (a lockout), the full scheduled service price will be charged.
We tell you before we do the extra work, not after. If the scope is meaningfully different from what was described, we'll contact you with options and an updated quote first.
